Even if you are not experiencing any of the issues mentioned, we still recommend at least 1 steaming session because it's one of the best ways to soothe and pamper yourself, relieving anxiety and stress in both women and men.
+ Who should NOT be Yoni Steaming?
If you are pregnant, we recommend that you Do NOT steam during this time period. We also HIGHLY suggest that you Do Not steam If you have an IUD. If you’re on your menstrual cycle, you should not steam. If you have a herpes outbreak or an outbreak in your genitals (i.e. yeast infection), you should not steam.
