Our Yoni (Vaginal) Steam bath sends a warm herbal steam gently through the vagina and cervix area, into the fallopian tubes, ovaries and uterus. Our herbs are selected for each woman to fortify, cleanse, detox, strengthen, and tone her most intimate and loving parts. + How Do I Prepare for My Visit?
Loose fitting/comfortable clothing is highly recommended, and drinking water is required before visiting for hydration. Prepare for an invigorating experience by bringing a mindset of rest and relaxation.
+ Who should be Yoni Steaming?
V-Steaming and A-Steaming is an awesome opportunity to reignite your spirit and soul while reconnecting with your body. Although Genital Steaming is for both Men and Women, we do encourage most women to try Yoni Steam (aka. vaginal steam)! You are likely to see great benefit to this ancient remedy if you suffer from irregular or painful periods, infertility, uterine fibroids, perineal tears, bladder and yeast infections, vaginal or ovarian cysts, hemorrhoids or scarring from C-sections, hysterectomies, and laparoscopies.

If you are someone who suffers from irregular and/or painful periods, infertility issues, uterine fibroids, perineal tears, bladder and yeast infections, vaginal or ovarian cysts, hemorrhoids or scarring from C-sections, hysterectomies, and laparoscopies, we recommend giving a steam session a try. Even if you are not experiencing any of the issues mentioned, we still recommend at least 1 steaming session because it's one of the best ways to soothe and pamper yourself, relieving anxiety and stress in both women and men.
+ Who should NOT be Yoni Steaming?
If you are pregnant, we recommend that you Do NOT steam during this time period. We also HIGHLY suggest that you Do Not steam If you have an IUD. If you’re on your menstrual cycle, you should not steam. If you have a herpes outbreak or an outbreak in your genitals (i.e. yeast infection), you should not steam.
+ What are your Disclaimers?
The practice of Vaginal Steaming does not claim to treat, cure or diagnose illnesses, check with your MD if you have concerns.
All appointments require a $25 deposit which will go towards your scheduled appointment. There will be no refunds on any deposits for no shows or cancellations less than 24 hours. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide 24 hours notice.
